As many of you know who follow my daily vlog () are aware that this past weekend my family attended the early premiere of in Times Square. The adventure to not only see the movies, but taking Ziana to see her first movie was exciting!
Oh, and FYI if you didn’t know (like me) Mr. Peabody & Sherman was based on a character from the Peabody’s Improbable History segments of the 1960’s animated television series “The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show.” Pretty cool for the grandparent’s out there who will be taking their grand kids to watch the movie.
The story’s plot is amazingly created– Mr. Peabody, a talking dog who adopts a human boy Sherman. On his first day of school, Sherman comes into conflict with another classmate named Penny Peterson. The adoption agency informs Peabody that they will reclaim Sherman if any more incidents occur at school. To complicate this issue, Peabody invites Penny’s parents over to resolve the issue. Sherman tells Penny of their time traveling machine to impress her, but things take a turn with disastrous and comical results, it is up to them to put things on track before the space-time continuum is irreparably destroyed.
The film, Mr. Peabody and Sherman carries a continuous level of education in an adventurous storyline; Paired with comedy for both children and adults you’ll both fully enjoy. I highly recommend it!! Releases in theaters March 7, 2014!!
