Chicken Stuffing Recipe (Crockpot)

chicken stuffing

I’m all bout easy recipes and especially when it comes to using my amazing crockpot. I can go for days on pinning crockpot recipes on Pinterest and this Chicken Stuffing recipe just so happened to be one I pinned. It looked so easy– beyond easy, I just had to make it to save time. Well, I tried it and those on my YouTube channel aBetsyVlifeSTYLE saw exactly how I felt about this dish. You can see my reaction in the video recipe below or if you’re more of a visual person watch me make the Chicken Stuffing recipe below–

I didn’t necessarily like the dish, but my boyfriend absolutely loved it! He described it as being a dish he grew up on when there was no food and something was scrapped together– compliment? Sure, why not! I mean he did eat the leftovers, haha.

Ingredients:
-4 thawed chicken breasts
– 6oz. package of Stove Top stuffing mix
– 1/2 cup sour cream
= 1 can of cream of chicken soup

1. Put chicken into the crockpot first– I cut my cutlets into thinner slices.

2. Cover with stuffing– I used about 50-75% of the stuffing mix

3. mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup and 1/4 cup of water in a bowl and then put the mixture over stuffing and chicken

4. Cook on low for 4 hours

Voila! Now give it a try and let me know what you think! Will you be trying it?
