The annual event is back! This Saturday enjoy a family affair for the ‘Stuff-A-Bus’ event at Cannon Ball Park in Brooklyn located at 101 Street and 4th Avenue from 12 PM – 4 PM.
Due to Hurricane Sandy having devastated millions of families, many of them whom still don’t have a home, won’t be celebrating Christmas in the same fashion. The ‘Stuff-A-Bus’ event will have Santa making stops along the Christmas Village route from Bay Ridge to Dyker Heights. He’ll be collecting toys from local stores in an effort to “Stuff-A-Bus” full of toys. Cannon Ball Park will be Santa’s last stop on his route of collecting toys where local families will be donating in-kind gifts and where all the Holly Jolly is set to happen in a festive setting decorated by DiMeglio Christmas Decorators.
There’s much to do all day including arts & crafts, meet and take a photo with Mr. and Mrs. Claus, Frosty the Snowman and friends. Children can also bring their Christmas ‘Wish List’ that they can drop into the Magical Red U.S. Postal Mail Box where their letters will get delivered to the North Pole, and best of all an ice skating rink, where adults and children can skate in the holiday spirit.
Other special guests include Congressman Michael Grimm, Senator Marty Golden, Von Boozier Twins, Recording Artists Male Vs. Female, DJ JOVE, Designer Nicklaus Jones and others.
See you there!!
