FINALLY! All the issues I had my website which made uploading the site slow has been fixed and I’m back!!! Are you as excited as I am? lol
Well, anyhow, Halloween was on Thursday and if you read my Twitter and Facebook posts you’ll know that I’ll have to eventually give up a right or left hand for having it not rain on out parade. I never knew people trick-o-treated right after school. I remember the days of going tricking and treating late into the night, but I guess this is another sign that times have changed.
My family decided to go as zombies for Halloween! I can always be a slutty-something another time!

First of all we love zombies and The Walking Dead is religion to us! Secondly, we didn’t want to waste money on costumes and all that so being zombified seemed like the right way to do that. My honey went as a construction worker; he got a construction hat from a friend and wore clothes he didn’t wear anymore. I went as a 70’s flower girl since I already had the flower headband and had a white shirt with stains on it, which I was never going to wear again and then had jeans that don’t fit this new ass anymore and tore them up. My little Buddha belly went as a zombified Tinkerbell!! I bought her Tinkerbell bodysuit outfit at Babies R’ Us ($20) and then her headband and wings at Party City ($15). Then all the makeup cost us about $30?
Supplies to be zombified:
*brushes
*stage blood from mehron
*gelatin (original/unflavored) from Keyfood
*coagulated blood gel from mehron
*liquid latex from mehron
*pure glycerin from CVS
*cream makeup (black, green and white)
*white and black sponges from Party City
Now we were on crunch time trying to get this all done, so I wasn’t 100% completely satisfied with my makeup and putting makeup on a child who wants to stay still only on her terms is a bit hard. So, we did our best ๐
Now picture time!!!
And my sister-in-law smiles!!!! Haha..
My niece wanted NOTHING to do with me that day! Haha, my little Doc McStuffins
Every man for themselves! I will eat my child! A family that eats together, stays together ๐
