Back to School Essential Style Pieces

Us folks on the East coast have one more month until school is back in session, but as for the folks on the west coast, back-to-school is weeks away! Doing all the school shopping now before waiting last minute is ideal. Thus, why I’m bringing you not the boring school supply must-haves, but some of this seasons favorite stylish outfits, thanks to Osh Kosh!

Break Down of Essentials

 Day-to-day dressing is that much easier when you have a handful of staples you can wear for any and every occasion. That runs true for us adults and for kids as well. I always love skirts or dresses, pull-overs, graphic tees and of course a good denim jacket!

For dresses or skirts I like to go with neutral tones such as denim, black, or even pink. Those colors always work with every change of season and you can simply add leggings or stocking to fight the brisk cold air. How cute are these denim overalls? It also came in black, but Ziana Eliz chose the denim.

Pull-over are also very nice to add extra layers and of course, add more style. These pullovers were in the boy’s section, but I loved it so much I got Ziana’s size and can’t wait to mix it up with other outfits!

A graphic tee is sometimes hard to find, especially if you’re picky like me. Thankfully, Osh Kosh has plenty to choose from for both boys and girls. Many have either fun characters, flip, sequence, and even fun sayings.

Osh Kosh is iconic for their denim gear, heck they may even be the one who made them so popular! Denim jackets are my favorite for the kids during the colder days—they match every outfit and they can keep you warm for some time. You can also let them get creative and have them use some of those DIY skills to add patches.

What is your usual go-to for back-to-school shopping? I’ve been an Osh Kosh kid since my baby years and happy to say the kids are having the same memories as me in the clothing. Longevity not only in their years of being in business, but also longevity in their great quality!

I didn’t get much this time around, but I’m holding off to see what else they come up with in the months head.
