Femme Fatale: Jodi Arias Part 10

Once cross-examination was done with Jodi Arias I think we all got bored. Jodi’s defense team has done nothing on redirect examination and have just repeated the same thing over and over.

On Monday (3/4/13) something sleazy the defense did was play the sex recording, but with a remix– only playing all the dirty things Travis said and nothing of what Jodi said. Oh and before I forget it was projected on a black screen with the transcript. As you may recall that sex recording is pretty raunchy on both sides with both Travis and Jodi agreeing to what the other is saying and acting all into it. Not sure if Juan Martinez objected, but whether he did or not the judge allowed it. I am so sick of this Judge it’s just a different topic I wont get into.

Then remember that photo of Jodi and her sister that Juan Martinez (defense) put into evidence? He concentrated on her hand– her left hand around her sister which shows no “broken” ring finger. Defense tried to do damage control and had Jodi reenact that picture with her lawyer, Jennifer Willmott.

Could it have worked? I don’t think so. Hopefully not. That appears nothing like a broken finger.

Again Jodi’a diary was brought up. Yawn. Defense asked her why she didn’t write all those horrible things Travis did to her? Well according to her Mormon faith she didn’t want future generations to read it. What!? That doesn’t even make sense. So recording a sex tape on all the naughty things you guys wanted to do together is okay?

The defense obviously has nothing to help their case that they are reaching too high for something that’s not even there. Then there’s a bombshell!!! Travis proposed to Jodi several times jokingly and once over the phone that was serious. First time we’re hearing this– interesting.

What gets me really upset are all the special guests on HLN who gives us a sneak peek at who the real Jodi was and none of these people were called by the prosecution. For instance, such as Jodi’a ex-coworker on HLN who stated Jodi was obsessed with Travis and would always go out her way to see him. Did Martinez not do his homework or is he too confident on the evidence he has? It’s always better to be safe than sorry Martinez. And apparently there will be no recross-examination.

Last night on Dr. Drew he had two of Travis’ friends, Jacob and Hollie Mefford speaking about what soulless creeper Jodi was. They also provided us with a video of Travis and Jodi together. Take a look–

You see and hear Travis speak about an incident in which he was held at gunpoint and you see Jodi laying on him– bored! If my man was telling such a story I’d be all ears unless of course she’s heard it before, but still you’re in front of people and you’re being rude. More of this video will be shown on Dr. Drew tonight (3/6/13).

Today (3/6/13) the jury will be asking questions they have! It’s been reported that the jury has about 100 questions in which they plan on asking, of course not all the questions will be asked both the defense and prosecution need to agree to the questions. What I don’t agree with is that Jodi was given these questions last night to review. Are you kidding me? The Judge shouldn’t have allowed this. Now Jodi is just going to concoct more made up crap and frankly we don’t have time for that nor care.

Lets see what happens guys!
