This weekend me and a few of my blogger friends were invited to the Kate Spade flagship store on 5th Ave to play dressup! Yay for being a girl! Yay to Kate Spade for having us and Yay to Evelyn of IndiaLynRose who put the whole event together! Another thank you to our swag bag courtesy of; Carmex, Chantilly Dallas and Vive Mejor for the Dove products!
If you follow me on Instagram you seen a few sneak peek me and some of the ladies had–
But now that I received better photos of the outfits myself and the other ladies were in, I’m here to share some of them with you– Thank you to Johnathan Castellanos for the photos-
This beautiful Jaq Dress is incredible amazing! This floral sheath dress fit great on my body and hugged my curves nicely. The colors were gorgeous and it came together nicely with the contrast black color at the neck and sleeves. The fabric is 100% polyester; comfortable and breathable just perfect for Spring weather. Retailed at $348.00
Here is Danielle Wilson of Dellah’s Jubilation dressed up in Kate Spade’s Madison Ave. Collection Floral Lummi Top and Madison Ave. Collection Majory Short. We all know the craze for a while has been having a matching set so this screams perfection for Spring! The top is a crop top, but don’t be scared! It isn’t short enough to show much of anything because it’s hidden great with the matching floral shorts. The floral print and simple colors makes this outfit a winner. Top retailed at $328.00, shorts priced at $348.00
When I had on this Stelli Dress I never had fallen so in live with a dress before. I must admit, I picked the dress because of the bright bold the colors and silky material, but not thinking I was going to like it– obviously I was wrong! My fairy Godmother made me look stunning. Fit and flares are flirty and compliments every body shape. It’s cinched at your waste which creates an hour-glass shape so just knowing that you should know it’s going to look about 99% perfect on you! The back of the dress also has great detail; hook & eye & snap closure at back bow. Retailed at $448.00
Now as for those Lizette Heels I’ve got on– that’s another story! I’ve never liked thin heels so again I was nervous that I’d walk around like a fawn, but I did not! It was surprisingly comfortable and easy to walk in. The perforated cowhide leather with covered heel is a great staple to add to your wardrobe, not only for Spring, but it’s also summer-friendly. Retailed at $350.00
When you see a stylish mannequin you have to stand by and pose and that’s what myself and Gina of Mommy Posh had to do. Gina has on the gorgeous Angelika Dress in nibest blue. There’s no patterns on this dress, but that’s perfectly okay. The details to this dress will do the work. Not only is the color Spring ready, but it’s fit & flare and you already know what I said about fit & flare. The next great detail are the side seam pockets which are carefully hidden you won’t know they’re there unless you want to play all cute and have your hands in them. Retailed at $448.00
Take a look Kate Spade Spring Collection and let me know which one you would’ve played dress-up in!
